Considered as The Miracle by Kevin Flynn, Quorra is the last remaining ISO. Before the conflict between the basics and ISOs began, Quorra was friends with the leader of the ISOs, Radia. She was a witness to Clu's betrayal against Flynn and Tron's apparent derezzing. She teamed up with a new System Monitor Program named Anon and warned Radia about what had happened. However, the plan to destroy the ISOs was already in motion. Quorra survived the Purge but was determined to stop Clu before he could do any more damage to the system. She confronted him on his Regulator and threatened to tell everyone the truth about his actions. Clu attempted to derezz her, but she was rescued by Anon and the two escaped on a Recognizer. The Recognizer, having been seriously damaged, crashed in the Outlands. Quorra again survived and, as Anon died in the crash to save her, was left stranded by herself. Her systems began to shut down as her energy ran out but she was found and saved by Kevin Flynn, the creator.
The next thousand cycles she spent in exile with Flynn, learning from him and becoming his loyal confidante. He taught her about the world he had come from, and she in turn, started to yearn to venture into the real world. Such a dream was not thought possible though, as Flynn was not able to open the portal from inside the system. While in their solitude, she began to read the books that Flynn had brought into the system, becoming a huge fan of Jules Verne in the process. In spite of Flynn's disagreement, Quorra continued to check on Tron city, informing her mentor on the up and comings of the creations he was forced to leave in the hands of Clu.
Quorra first met Sam while she was watching the Game Grid from afar. After it was announced that he was a User, specifically the son of Kevin Flynn, she knew that she had to rescue him from the hands of Clu and Rinzler. The ISO intervened on the Game Grid, saving Sam and taking him to meet the father that he thought had left him. Once Flynn had gone to bed, Quorra helped Sam in his quest to get to the portal by telling him to visit Zuse, an old friend of hers. Wanting to help the User even further, she took off shortly after him and arrived in time to see that Zuse had grown into a selfish program, willing to betray a User for his own ends. While attempting to protect Sam from Clu's sentries, her arm was partially derezzed. Flynn and Sam were able to escape with her and they set off on the solar sailor to reach the portal. Flynn was able to repair her arm and reboot her system, explaining to Sam that she was the last ISO. Once she awoke, her and Sam bonded as they spoke of the real world. They were interrupted by the discovery that the Solar Sailer was to rendezvous with a gigantic carrier ship. Rinzler was still on their trail and nearly discovered them but Quorra created a distraction for the two Users, being caught by the corrupted program and taken to Clu. Once he had retrieved his father's identity disc, Sam rescued Quorra and the trio escaped, heading to the portal once more. Being a skilled pilot, Quorra takes the controls of the Light Jet while Sam mans the tail gun. Together they destroy pursuing Light Jets and narrowly escape. With the Light Jet heavily damaged, she crash lands near the steps of the Portal, only to find Clu waiting for them. While Clu is held at bay by Kevin, Quorra reveals that she and Kevin had secretly switched Identity discs; she hands Sam his father's Identity Disc, and together they make their escape.
When they arrived in the real world, Quorra helped Sam as best as she could with rebuilding the system and bring the real world and the digital world together.

Another drag was taken from the cigarette before it was pulled from Devin's lips, a large cloud of smoke escaping his mouth as he exhaled. He pinched the embers out with his finger and slipped the cigarette back into his pocket, saving it for when they would be done with the vampires. Although he spent a good majority of the little amount of money he had on alcohol and cigarettes, he was usually frugal about his cigarettes, never wasting one and if he didn't finish it, he would just put it out and save it for later. He was well aware that they were his vices but in a world filled with darkness, and with the knowledge that his 'profession' would more than likely kill him over liver failure or lung cancer, Devin simply couldn't muster enough care to do anything about it. Even if he wanted to.
With his nicotine fix temporarily taken care of, he looked back over to Dominic and gave a small nod of his head. He knew that they had little time to spare if they wanted to save the innocent that were possibly trapped within the apartment with the vampires, if there was even a chance to save them. He started to move toward the building with a quick pace, his stride filled with determination and purpose. Too many times had he and his brother arrived on the scene to discover that they were only moments too late, to discover that if there hadn't been any hesitation on their part that lives would have been saved. Though most would probably tell him that he couldn't and shouldn't blame himself for the actions of others, it was something Devin did all too often. He was a haunted man with a haunted past and he carried the deaths of those that he hadn't been able to save with him as a constant reminder of his previous failures.
"Alright, we knock down the door, make sure any innocents we find are alright and get them out of there safely and stake any leeches we find inside. We should probably keep one alive for a bit to question then when we get what we need, we stake 'em too," Devin suggested to Dominic as they approached the complex, speaking with a hushed tone so they wouldn't be overheard. He reached out and pulled the door open, slipping inside before the younger hunter and starting to make his way toward where he figured the staircase would be. When he had hunted with his brother, it was a rare occurrence that they would allow a leech to live long enough to be questioned, believing that it was best to just kill them and let it be over with. But since his brother's disappearance, Devin had become more cruel toward the supernatural creatures that he hunted. He knew, he just knew that it had been the vampires that had taken his brother and they would all suffer for it.
Dark green eyes glanced back over his shoulder to the younger hunter as they sneaked into the stairwell, once again reminding him briefly of his own brother. Devin hoped that Dominic would be able to prove himself a worthy hunter. The kid had done a good job so far but he had yet to see him in action. He had seen other hunters talk a good talk but when it came time to put their money where their mouth was, they only crumbled under the pressure. Or worse, had gotten him or others into more trouble than what was originally bargained for. Dominic seemed to carry himself with a sense of knowledge and caution that the more experienced Imbued did. Time would only tell though, and he hoped for both of their sake, and the sake of the innocents they were about to save, that he was as seasoned as he said himself to be.
