HELLO THERE SARAH AND WELCOME! WE JUST HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS FOR YOU, IS THAT ALRIGHT?[/i] a cliche! Anyway, I'd probably see myself with a family of my own in five years, hopefully with one to two kids. I'd just like to have kids before I'm too old to have them, I love children. That, and I'd like to be at my brother's college graduation in five years, hopefully. We'll just have to see how it all turns out though, take it day by day."[/ul]
SO! WE KNOW YOUR NAME, BUT DO YOU HAVE ANY NICKNAMES? WHAT'S YOUR FULL NAME ANYWAY?
ALRIGHTY THEN! ANYWAY, TELL US ABOUT YOUR FAMILY, HAVE ANY SIBLINGS? WHAT ARE YOUR PARENTS LIKE?
I'M SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT YOUR PARENTS... WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH YOUR LIFE NOW?
THAT SOUNDS LIKE FUN! WHAT ARE SOME OF YOUR STRONG POINTS?
ALRIGHT, AND SOME OF YOUR WEAK POINTS?
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY SOME OF YOUR QUIRKS ARE?
WELL THAT'S INTERESTING. NOW FOR ONE OF THOSE CLICHE QUESTIONS, WHERE DO YOU SEE YOURSELF IN FIVE YEARS?

CLANG! BAM!
The sound of her trinkets rattling around and falling around her startled the little mermaid as she whirled around to spot Sebastian falling into her Grotto. After he regained his sense of balance, he started giving her the riot act about having her own collection of human things. He sounded just like her father, but without the blowing up of things and the wielding of a glowing trident. The redhead sighed, blowing her hair out of her face as she finished explaining to Flounder that she wished her father would just understand that she wants to be part of the world above, but she raised an eyebrow as the atmosphere in her little grotto suddenly darkened. The girl's blue eyes widened in confusion as she pushed off of the sea floor and started making her way towards the surface.
Once she broke the surface of the waves, she moved her bangs out of her face and started to grin when she noticed the ship nearby.
"Arielle! What're you- JUMPING JELLYFISH!"
The redhead completely ignored the red crab's freak out and dove back underwater, swimming as quickly as she could over to the vessel and ignoring the crab's calls for her attention (and apparently, the storm that was brewing overhead). The girl never heeded her father's warnings about humans. Her father's judgement was only based off of what had happened to her mother when she was young. The poor child hadn't known her mother for long, but on the day of her parents' anniversary a ship full of pirates came upon the cove where the merpeople had been celebrating. Her father had grabbed herself and all her sisters in his arms and gotten them all under water before the pirates had grabbed them with their objects like they had been doing with their grabs of the Atlantican musical instruments. Her mother had noticed she left her anniversary gift-a music box that played hers and Triton's song while little golden versions of herself and her beloved husband danced around inside-on the rock where she had been sitting. Queen Athena made it to her music box, only to see she was cornered and soon was crushed to death when the pirate ship crashed.
Ariel remembered the look on her father's face when he witnessed her mother's death. The look of heartbreak for losing the only woman he ever loved stuck with her, and the girl vowed never to lose anyone she cared for ever again. That wouldn't happen if she had anything to say about it, never again. A roll of thunder snapped the girl out of her thoughts and Ariel looked towards the sky.
She had only made it halfway to the ship when the storm started picking up and tossing the ship around. Ariel's eyes widened in horror as she heard the men yelling at each other, trying to keep the vessel afloat as they fought to keep control and make sure they didn't fall off. She swam closer and she heard snippets of conversation between them.
“Captain, what the hell is going on?”
Ariel raised an eyebrow at the sound of the voice and looked up just in time to see a boy with brown hair and blue eyes thrown off the ship. She gasped as she dove underwater and noted the ship blowing up behind her, but she didn't care about that at the moment. Her focus was on the boy who was ejected from the ship. She broke the surface again to see that he had rested himself on a piece of wreckage nearby and started making her way towards him. He wasn't going to make it by himself in the middle of the ocean, she needed to step in. The redhead ignored the calls for her to come back from the crab again and dove beneath the water to grab the boy before he fell in.
She was only a couple of feet away from the boy when she heard him say something.
“Silver…”
Gasping again, the girl dove beneath the water and caught sight of the boy. Wrapping her arms around his torso, the girl started pulling him to the surface so he could breathe and not die. She broke the surface again, young sailor in hand, and made sure he was still breathing before grabbing onto a piece of wood again. She whistled for Scuttle, the seagull, who had been flying overhead and he brought over some of the rope that came from the rigging nearby. The girl tethered the boy to the piece of wood and started pushing him towards shore. He needed to get out of the water, and she needed to be the one to get him there. Otherwise they would probably have a repeat incident of him almost drowning.
Within about an hour or so, the redhead had finally gotten him to shore and untied him from the driftwood. She got a good grip on the boy and rode a wave in, beaching herself and the unknown boy on the sandy shore nearby. Sebastian and Flounder broke the surface nearby and Sebastian gasped at the girl lying beside the human and stroking his face to see if he would wake up. "Oh, your father's not gonna like this!"

"Is he... Dead?"[/b] she asked, looking the boy over and hovering over him in worry. Scuttle padded over to the boy's foot and held it up to his "ear", sighing. "I can't hear a heartbeat..."[/i]
The girl bit her lip in worry, but noticed that even though Scuttle "couldn't hear a heartbeat," she saw his chest was still rising and falling like it had been before. "No look! He's breathing!"[/b] she answered, moving a strand of hair out of his face and watching over him. "I've never been this close to a human before. He's like nothing I've ever seen before... Do all humans look like him?"[/b]
"From what I've seen, no."[/i]
Ariel rolled her eyes and leaned over the boy, moving the other strand of hair out of his face as she blinked slightly. "Hello? Are you alright?"[/b][/quote]
