Noma: Information Gathering Program. Noma doesn't really do friends, and if you think she's trying to, you're sorely mistaken, and should probably run as fast as you can. Manipulative and cunning to the core, this program will do anything and everything in her power to get what she wants, then dispose of you when she's done. Noma worked as a spy for Clu when he ran the Grid, and although she wasn't entirely loyal to him, either, she gave him the information he needed in order to keep her own protection in sight. When it all comes down to it, Noma is a loner, and very independant. Everything she does she does for herself.Friends? Lovers? Didn't we already talk about this? Far as it goes right now, Noma has one person she would even consider a friend, Castor. She goes to him for when she's in trouble, and when she needs a little 'fun' in her life, but would never admit how much she appreciates his help out loud. She has an image to keep up, after all. Oh, but then there is Tram. For what's in the works for them, Noma will have her hands full of difficult decisions and complex confusion. Keep an eye out for these two... Enemies? Plenty! Sark being one. You don't just show up and try to convince Noma that MCP wants her to join the ranks of whatever army he's cooking up. This program won't have any of it. Sam Flynn is another. A user and the son of Flynn, she doesn't appreciate what he's done to the Grid with Tron's help. She is displeased with both of them for turning the Grid into what she sees as nothing less than a user amusement park now. If you've got any ideas floating around for my beloved program, comment below! We'll figure something out and if we get a thread going, I'll pop you onto this list. -------------------- Ellie Langley: An Occultist with Theories. Ellie Langley is a strange one, but it wouldn't take me telling you that to see if you knew her. Always adorning her Ankh and Pentagram, her Tarot cards tucked somewhere in whatever bag she's carrying that day, Ellie highly relies on the powers of mysticism to run her life--well, sometimes. A college graduate and an almost-lover of Sam Flynn's, Ellie has a wit to back up what she believes in, and loves to hear other theories that match her own. If you're interested in what she knows, then she's interested in you.
Quite used to be pushed away by people for her beliefs, though, Ellie is slow to trust, even if she is quick to speak to someone. Her trust is something you must earn meticulously, so good luck.Friends? Lovers? As far as lovers go, she hasn't one in the world at the moment, though I'm open to the idea of her finding one. Friends, that's an easier topic. Tara Denoir is her best friend. They met at university and have been as inseparable as possible since. Edward Dillinger Jr. may even end up as a friend in the long run, once they speak some more. She likes his glasses, after all.
However, with the bad karma between Ellie and Sam Flynn, who knows if she'll forgive him for running out just before they'd started up something that she felt could have meant something? Ellie seeks one last time to speak to him, to ask him why he dropped out of college and off the map so quickly. He really hurt her.
Seer is an acquaintance she's very interested in. Currently swapping prediction stories with him, she is intrigued by the fact she's never met another program that predicts threats or collects data to make predictions on a certain situation, like she does with her cards.Enemies? None yet, but I think she needs some!
If you've got an idea for my little occultist, drop it below, and once we start a thread, I'll add you to my list!

Oh my gosh! Can I just say cat fight!?
arria here is pretty much a user worshiper, in a sense as kevin flynn was the first one she ever knew. so the fact that noma really dislikes his son sam? if she catches wind of anything noma plans to do to the boy, arria will do whatever it takes to protect sam. so much as to sacrifice her own self in the process.
she also looks up to tron. a lot. basically he's her idol, so what he says goes. if anyone disagrees - user or otherwise - she'll have something to say about it. not to mention she's also developing some feelings for clu, somethings she does not understand at all. so maybe out of the confusion of it all, noma and arria bust out in a fight over clu's affection?
hell, i dont even know! but it sounds like a lot of fun. lemme know whatcha think!

Arria&Noma
Noma's not too concerned about Clu's affection, but she doesn't abhor the change he's gone through, and I was thinking may start to try to remind him of how he was.
The only person she returns to for that kind of stuff is Castor, and in my mind there's a lot that will never be said between them because of how both of them are (like, she'll never admit he's the closest thing to a friend she has, she trusts him, blah blah blah, she's too proud).
However, I don't see why Arria and Noma can't run into each other one night or something, and Noma can end up saying something about how she dislikes users, maybe one passes them or something and she shows signs of annoyance and hatred?

JINX&NOMA
NOMA IS VERY UNTRUSTING OF ALMOST ANYONE SHE MEETS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF CASTOR. SHE'D NEVER ADMIT THAT, THOUGH. SHE WOULD EXCHANGE WORDS WITH JINX, SURE, AND PROBABLY SPEAK TO HER WHEN THEY WERE IN THE CLUB TOGETHER, SO IFFY FRIENDS SOUNDS GOOD TO ME, THEY BOTH FREQUENT END OF LINE FOR DIFFERENT REASONS, HAHA.
FEEL FREE TO START SOMETHING UP THERE WHENEVER YOU'D LIKE!

Hmmm...
Noma & Seer
Seer isn't against users (aside from disliking his own perhaps), but is a frequent visitor to the End of Line club. Not a drinker, and I'm not sure what he is to Castor as of this post, but being at the club is more him scouting for various bits of data for his predictions. I don't know if they'd talk at all, but I thought to toss a bone out there anyways.

Seer&Noma I'm not against it. They could definitely strike up some kind of conversation at the club. I only have one really active thread with Noma right now so I'd love to begin another. If you don't mind doing up a starter and posting it at the club, I'll reply ASAP.
Also--my other character Ellie would be majorly interested in Seer. Predictions and stuff like that? It's right up her alley. If you wanted to do a thread with her as well...

Hmm I'd totally be down for either. At this point in time I think Ellie would be easiest to write for. Just need to pick a place for it. Noma would be a bit harder but I'm sure I'll come up with something. Probably better thought when I've gotten more sleep.

Noma is a bit hard to write for, so if need be I'll think a couple days and come up with a starter. If you want to do a general one anywhere in Tron City that Ellie could pop up, go for it, and don't worry about Noma for right now. =)

A tad overdue. I'm sorry.
Noma & Beowulf
Starting with the one to cause most sparks (bad ones that is). Noma hates users, and Beo's attitude about programs is that programs are expendable and only exist to serve users. So putting them together in a room wouldn't be that good of an idea. XD
Noma & Seer
Just as an update since we really only got Ellie taken care of that time. Seer is friendly for the most part, it's in his coding. But, if she gives him reason to be suspicious, he won't write it off. There could be some potential for frienship if done right. He's not as trusting as Tram, however, he would offer some benefit of doubt for his friend's sake. I also thought it may be amusing that if Noma got the wrong impression of him. And I mean the fact that he hates his user, and just him. If she caught on how much he hates him (whether by seeing him act more angrily around Beowulf, or even just talking about him), that maybe she'd mistaken him for a user-hater like her?
I think we have a good idea so far as Seer and Ellie go, but if you had anything to add to it, I'm all ears.
Claire in general I'd have to think on more.
Hestia in general would love more friends on the Grid. And will most likely work along with Tram more in the future, but that's not for sure yet. XD So as far as Noma goes with Hestia, the girl is perhaps even more naive than Tram thus Noma could easily befriend her or whatever. You may have something better in mind.
