Master Control Program 2.0 is a program created by Edward Dillinger Jr. based off the original Master Control Program created by Ed Dillinger. The Master Control Program was originally a Chess Program with the ability to learn from its opponents, but has now been refit with god-like abilities for the singular purpose of taking over the Grid.
Master Control Program 2.0 takes the form of a black glass monolith, in this form it cannot move or speak but can make images appear and move on the glass (like a computer screen). Around the base of Master Control Program 2.0, red circuitry extends in all directions. The red circuitry denotes its area of influence. Along this circuitry, Master Control Program 2.0 can send and receive data and create/send power surges.
In Master Control Program 2.0's "core" (aka whatever room it is based in, the source of the circuitry) it possesses a number of unique abilities and devices. In the core, Master Control Program 2.0 can telekinetically throw programs and torture them with slow deresolution. It can erect impenetrable shields around its base that can derezz anyone who dares touch them. Around the Master Control Program 2.0 there are a number of capsules, designed to hold programs. Each capsule has three awesome functions: Instant Deresolution, Reprogramming, and Function Transfer.
With Master Control Program 2.0's unique abilities and functions, it seems all but unstoppable; the program however carries one significant weakness unbeknownst to all. Master Control Program was originally a chess program and is designed so that it must accept all challenges to a game of chess. If the game ends (the victor wouldn't matter) then its programming would require a reboot (to reset the board), leaving it defenseless and possibly temporarily freezing or rebooting all programs under its control.
Currently the Master Control Program is based in the Outlands in big cave. The Master Control Program considers this cave to be his core and takes steps to keep anyone from ever discovering it, one of them being a fake wall put over the entrance. The dead give-away would be the red circuitry that is extending out from cave entrance. In this "core" the Master Control Program holds most of his abilities and would prove more than a match for a User, System Administrator, or any kind of System Monitor.
If Master Control Program's circuitry were to ever travel the entirety of the Outlands and hit the Sea of Simulation or the Grid itself, then it would be the first in a few short steps, leading to its control of the entire system. All the Master Control Program really needs to win the battle would be for it to use one of its capsules to transfer the functions of a System Administrator to it or for it to acquire the Identity Disc of Kevin or Sam Flynn, which would be the key to the entire system.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
The room was big and wide and set deep within the monastery, its purpose was to be used as an audience chamber. The room was nearly bare of furniture and had no windows, the room was only lit by a few burning candles set on tall stands. The only place to sit in the room was on a pillow, there were two long rows of purple pillows , each with twenty pillows.
Masurao sat in the middle of one the rows, facing a large wooden double door, the only way in or out of the room. Beside him was the torn remains of a blood-stained shirt. Masurao panted heavily, blood dripped down from a wound on his left arm and from a large scratch on his chest. It was the day of a total eclipse, Areythia's moon and two suns were perfectly aligned, blocking out the sun. The Kingdom of Night took advantage of this chance and set out, the Knothazian mountains were their third target, they had already quickly overrun the Dragotharians and the Westers. They had appeared on the mountains just minutes after Masurao heard the news. Masurao knew this was going to happen, the event was foretold in the scrolls.
It had been perfectly still and quiet, due to the room's location. The silence was suddenly broken by the sound of loud footsteps in front of the door; Masurao stood, picked up his shirt and gathered a few pillows, picking them by their corners. Masurao tied the shirt around one of the pillows; the door burst open, a wolf-form worgen stood in the doorway. The Worgen walked into the room, he had been chasing Masurao for a while. Masurao already had a plan to deal with him.
Masurao expertly threw the pillows in different arcs and in rapid succession at the Worgen's head before running at him at full speed. The technique accomplished three things: Visual diversion as the pillows flew towards him they would draw his eyes, scent diversion as the pillow with the shirt tied to it would draw his nose, physical diversion as instinct would take over as the Worgen would undoubtedly either swat at the pillows or attempt to block or dodge them and leave him open to strike. This was all part of the Ghost Style.
The Worgen stepped back as his eyes darted from pillow to pillow, not noticing Masurao's sudden charge. The Worgen reacted fast, swatting away a few of the pillows, the others hit him. Suddenly, the Worgen noticed a scent, turned, and grabbed the source, it was the pillow with the shirt. The Worgen stood confused as Masurao quickly but silently ran up, jumped, and delivered a flying kick to his side. The attack did not knock the Worgen down but it pushed him back and certainly stunned him, he was obviously confused on what was going on. Masurao took advantage of this second opening and delivered a powerful palm to the center of the Worgen's chest. The Worgen clutched his chest as he back-pedaled out the door and into a hallway. Masurao charged once more, eyeing the fingers on the Worgen's hand, which were covering his chest. Masurao jumped and delivered a chain of flying kicks, striking the Worgen many times on his hands before landing. The Worgen roared for each strike and when the attack had ended, he decided that he had enough. The Worgen ran away with ten broken finger, two broken wrists, and two fractured hands.
