Quirina is a second generation ISO, meaning she spontaneously evolved on the Grid as opposed to being created by a user. She is very mysterious and secretive, but once you get to know her she's a very loyal friend. She's got a fiery temper, but manages to keep it under control most of the time and it rarely ever shows itself unless something gets her very angry.
Quirina has developed a grudge-holding “skill”. If you've done something terrible to her, even if it was cycles and cycles ago, she'll remember it and hold it against you. She respects people who challenge her, though, and those with unique ideas and insights.
This ISO is also brutally honest, and rarely ever lies to make somebody feel better. She figures that telling the truth is much better than making someone believe a lie, though when she does lie it's usually not a very good one, especially when she's under pressure.
Her first day as an ISO, she was incredibly childlike and curious and inquisitive. She met her first friend, Ariah, who was a program that participated in the Games more often than not. Ariah was a fighter, not a lover, so to speak. She was a great friend, of course, just very athletic. Ariah showed her everything there was to know about the Tron world. The Games, the vehicles, and even explained to her about the users. Though most of the curiosity faded from these things over time, she's still just as curious about users as she was then.
Ariah, though, faded with the rest of the less-close friends that Quirina just can't seem to find, and her first guess is that she was derezzed during the Games that she was so fond of. But, you never know, right?
Quirina is curious, but most of the time hides it and pretends not to be interested. She's very determined and once she sets her heart on something, she'll never give up on it.
Users have always interested Quirina, though she's never spoken to one. It's one of the many things she's curious about but never shows interest in. Though she seems disinterested on the outside, on the inside she's an inquisitive little child as ISOs are.
Quirina is very skilled with a disc or light sword, but more less so with the sword, as she has less opportunities to use one. Light cycles are her vehicle of choice, and she won't operate a light buggy unless she absolutely has to.
Quirina had a few very close friends, though she has not seen them for many cycles. They seemed to have disappeared off the Grid, and that makes Quirina wonder whether they were derezzed in the Games or simply haven't run into her.
She has a mass of shoulder-length auburn hair and eyes that often change from blue to gray. She's around five feet and six inches, and has a very pale skintone and exceptional cheekbones.
Quirina is now living comfortably (for now) on the Grid, and still dying to meet and understand users.

ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
Alertness was an important thing if you were to participate in the Games. Absolutely necessary if you wanted to survive. Quirina often liked to observe the Games, but rarely ever participated. A bit too closely pressed to programs on either side of her, Quirina sat in the stands, studying the two participates armed with their light cycle batons at hand.
She could almost feel the tension pass between the two participants as they waited for the Game to begin. It sparked a small flame of excitement within her programming.
In what seemed like slow-motion, the two batons turned to full light cycles, and the participants armed with their apparel that Gem and the rest of the Sirens had readied them with in the Armory seemed to blend in with the beautiful combination of the dark color and bright lights laced into it.
The participants took off in different directions, long streams of light flowing behind their vehicles. The looks on both of their faces were ones of determination, and that made Quirina wonder which one was determined enough to save them from deresolution.
The crowd was chanting and exclaiming different words of enthusiasm for either side as one contestant came close to the other's light stream, but Quirina remained silent, deciding not to root for one side or the other. The contestant made an abrupt turn to the right to save themselves from the dooming light, causing the crowd that had been rooting for that one program to cheer with glee.
Quirina glanced in slight annoyance at the program beside her, who was cheering too loud for her liking, but kept the angered words she wanted to snap inside of her. She enjoyed observing the Games, but she never understood why certain programs got so overenthusiastic about them. How could one watching another of their own kind being derezzed provoke such pleasure?
Finally, the program that had nearly been derezzed just a few moments before sped ahead of the other and took a sharp turn so as to catch their opponent in their light stream.
And with that, the crowd erupted into cheers as if it would be the last Game they would ever see.
