Haha so probably more business friends? Nothing too personal or someone might get freaked.
TRON && HESTIA
He might be a little iffy with her too. Him, go haywire? He wouldn't dream of it...well it did happen before, but he probably would be insulted at the fact that he would need someone to watch over him when it is his city and he's the one that watches over the programs. It's all in his best interest. Yeah but after a while, he might forget that and become friends with her.
CASTOR && HESTIA
He would always love the attention and the giggling. He thinks he's wonderful so naturally, if someone else thinks he's wonderful, he'll love them. haha. He might make up stories to her just to see if she believes them. That would be fun for him. xD
CASTOR && SEER
Yeah Castor would probably sense something is up with Seer because of his non-party mood in a party-type area. So yeah, he'd probably go up to him and maybe try to strike up some sort of conversation at why he's so quiet or something. Then they just end up, like you said, swapping info.
